Birthday Day

It was a crazy, crazy day, to say the least.  I plan on blogging a birthday post to Roman in the next few days so I'll spare you the details right now.  Lucky.  

B:  nothing, didn't even have time to drink my tea

L: hot dogs, chili, and cheese

S: cottage cheese with pepitas and stevia

S: pork rinds

I got my period today so expect to see the weight go up for a few days.  I hate that.
